Listed below are items that will be needed to enroll here at Hull.

ONLY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MAY REGISTER A STUDENT

1. Withdrawal information from the previous school. If enrolling during the summer, the last report card noting grade promotion is required rather than the withdrawal.

2. Two proofs of residence:
*Non-contingent sales contract, a lease agreement, or deed and
*One utility bill (gas, water or electric)

If residing with other individuals, a notarized affidavit must be submitted and signed by the individual with whom the student's parent/guardian is residing in addition to the above two verifications.

3. Complete immunization on appropriate GA form, including 2nd MMR, Hepatitis B and two doses of the Varicella (Chicken Pox). These may be obtained from most physicians or the local health centers: Buford (770)614-2401, Lawrenceville (770)339-4283, Norcross (770)638-5700.

4. Hearing, Vision and Dental on GA form #3300

5. Birth Certificate and Social Security number

6. Discipline Summary (If applicable and coming from another Georgia school.)

7. IEP (If student is in Special Education.)

8. Gifted Eligibility Records (If applicable)

If your first language is not English or if you attended school in another country, visit the International Newcomer Center.

The International Newcomer Center (INC) welcomes new middle and high school students whose first language is not English or who have attended school in another country. The goal of INC is to help these students make a smooth transition into Gwinnett schools. The center assesses language skills; recommends placement; creates a student profile; evaluates school transcripts; advises students on course selection; and provides information on graduation requirements, available school programs, and community resources. Incoming students at the elementary level are welcomed and assessed for placement at their local schools.
